We provide Supported Living, Domiciliary Care (Homecare), and Supported Accommodation for young people aged 16–17.

Our services are designed to promote independence, dignity, and well-being for adults and young people who need support with daily living, personal care, or developing life skills.

How do you create individual support or care plans?

We take a person-centred approach to every care plan.
This means we begin with a detailed assessment of the individual’s needs, preferences, goals, and daily routines.

We work closely with families, professionals, and local authorities to ensure that each plan reflects the person’s aspirations, cultural background, and evolving needs.

How can I arrange care or make a referral to Banner House?

You can contact us directly through our website contact form, by phone, or by email to discuss your needs or referral.

We’ll arrange an initial conversation and assessment to understand the level of support required and recommend the most suitable service — whether Supported Living, Homecare, or Supported Accommodation.

Are your services regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)?

Yes. Banner House Support Services Ltd is a CQC-registered provider, which means our care is regularly inspected to ensure it meets national standards of safety, quality, and effectiveness.

We’re committed to continuous improvement and transparency, giving families peace of mind that their loved ones are in trusted hands.

Who can access your Supported Living and Supported Accommodation services?

Our Supported Living service is available to adults aged 18–65+ who have learning disabilities, autism and need tailored support to live independently.
Our Supported Accommodation is for young people aged 16–17, including care leavers and those preparing to transition into independent adulthood.

What training do your staff receive?

All our staff undergo comprehensive induction training covering safeguarding, first aid, medication management, Positive Behavioural Support (PBS), and person-centred care.
We also provide ongoing professional development to ensure our team stays up to date with best practices and delivers care that meets the highest standards of quality and compassion.
