Mobolaji is an experienced and dedicated Supported Accommodation Director with a strong background in social care, safeguarding, and best-interest assessments. Her leadership is grounded in a deep passion for ensuring that young people and vulnerable adults receive high-quality, person-centred care that promotes safety, independence, and positive outcomes.
With extensive experience supporting young people aged 16–18 and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, Mobolaji leads Banner House with a focus on excellence, compassion, and compliance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
As Managing Director, she oversees the strategic development and operational management of all services, providing guidance and supervision to care teams to ensure staff are trained, motivated, and aligned with organisational values. Her leadership ensures that each young person’s individual needs are met through personalised support plans, strong safeguarding practices, and meaningful community engagement.
Mobolaji is a registered social worker (Social Work England) and an active member of the British Association of Social Workers (BASW). She holds a BA (Hons) in Social Work and a Best Interest Assessor (BIA) Certification from Canterbury Christ Church University, along with a QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
Her leadership philosophy centres on collaboration, accountability, and empowering young people to develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living.
