Care provisions are informed by in-depth initial care assessments, and services are tailored to individuals’ needs and then reviewed regularly. We reflect the local Purchasing Authority’s policies and procedures, care legislations and CQC guidelines in our practices.

We promote independent living skills in accordance with their Individual Care Plans, Risk assessments Care Program Approach (C.P.A.) and set goals.

With our joint management experience of 50 years in the social care field, we are able to manage priorities across care disciplines including supporting individuals with both mental and learning disabilities who need support to achieve and promote their independent living skills.

Banner House Support Services Limited supports individuals with Learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health illnesses with the opportunity to live independently in their own homes.

The service offers the opportunity for individuals to enjoy readily available assistance and select or choose a support staff who can support and meet their physical, emotional and social needs.

The individual will have the opportunity to be supported with managing their own tenancy, finances, maintaining access to the community and building their future.
