The management has vast experience in the health and social care field and specialises in working with adults with Learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health conditions. We have a PBS lead who is certified with the British Institute of Learning Disabilities.
We aim to provide bespoke long-term supported living services for Adults aged 18 to 65 years with or without physical disabilities.

Our passionate and dedicated staff work in partnership with our Service Users, their family and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
Our vision is to enable each service user to dream, wonder, explore, flourish and succeed by allowing each individual to grow at their pace, develop new skills, reach their full potential and shine.
Service Users are supported to maintain their physical, mental, financial, educational and mental well-being whilst minimising risks of abuse. Service Users are encouraged to expand their social network by developing and maintaining friendships and relationships which are important to them. We aim to support Service users to contribute to society in a meaningful way and to achieve independence.
We want to create a culture where we all work together to deliver an outstanding service that offers genuine choice and control, in a service that we would be proud for our loved ones to receive. We strive to work in partnership with professionals and Service users’ families to further develop good practices.

We provide an Intensive Support function with the aim to reduce/manage behaviours that challenge. We empower our service users to contribute to their community by volunteering and participating in activities using a strength-based approach.
